WARNING: YOU WILL LOSE WEIGHT IF YOU PRACTICE THESE TIPS...BE PREPARED
1. EAT MORE FIBER~ Example: Breakfast-Granola with plain yogurt and tea. Lunch-Vegetarian burrito and salad (meats are hard to digest). Dinner-Quinoa (South American grain-like crop), baked Brussels sprouts topped with Parmesan cheese and olive oil, baked salmon packed in cilantro and limes.
2. DRINK MORE WATER~Example: Pour a glass of water in the morning, drink it, leave the glass out all day and sip from it. Fill it up when its empty. Sometimes we are not hungry, just thirsty.
3. EAT LESS SWEETS~Example: Have fruit pre-cut in the fridge, don't have sweets displayed on the counter(hide them high on the shelf in the pantry with the door closed), have a bowl of nuts and raisins on the counter.
4. EAT FREQUENT AND SMALLER MEALS~Example: Snack on healthy things all day long and never let your tummy get too hungry. When you eat a meal take smaller helpings and eat slower. Its good to talk at the dinner table and make it enjoyable.
5. MOVE MORE~Example: Don't waste gas looking for that close parking spot, walk the extra steps and do yourself a favor. Take your dog on that much needed walk. Do some jumping jacks and sit ups in the morning to get your blood pumping. Take the stairs not the elevator.
