1. cut the squash in half
2. remove the seeds
3. put olive oil or butter inside each piece
4. bake the squash @350 for 30 mins or until tender
5. remove skin. careful its hot
6. mash up with form or in little hand mixer as shown below
***Serve with homemade chicken stock to add flavor
or herbs such as thyme and rosemary***
