I have recently been meditating out side of my yoga practice and found it be healing in so many ways.
I have deep pain from grief that gets strapped inside my body--it is something I will fight daily and will never fully go away.
I have been trying to find daily gratitude deep inside for what I do have.
It has changed my outlook and perspective of life.
