Homemade Healthy Pancakes

I love these pancakes! They are healthy and delicious. I often add in some blueberries or pecans while I'm cooking them!!! So delicious.

Homemade Mix:
4 cups whole wheat flour
2 cups dark rye or barley flour
3 1/2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats (finely blended)
1/2 cup ground corn meal
1/4 cup ground flax seed or sesame seed or both
2 TBS baking powder
1 TBS baking soda
1 tsp salt
*You can add any kind of flour you would like. I use whatever kinds I have. I just don't use any white flour.

1 cup homemade mix
1 cup buttermilk, or a combination of plain yogurt and milk, or just water
2 large eggs

Mix well. (While its cooking is when you would add your berries, bananas or pecans.)
Top with any combination of fruit. I use my bottled fruit from the summer and use fresh in the summer time.
