 I have recently gotten back into Yoga since my friend talked me into a pass at her gym for $15/month.

Wow an entire month with no contract.

I wanted to take Yoga classes at the local studio which I prefer, but it is $12 per session. Shoot. One day hopefully.

 I think a gym is the way to go for me right now in order to afford it! I have had severe/moderate lower back pain for several months now and nothing has helped.

I need to strength my core so my back will be strong too, and this is whats happening at Yoga! My back pain has lessened and my body is feeling stronger everyday.


I really do, it has always been a passion of mine. Over the years I have not practiced it as much as I would have liked.

I would recommend Yoga or Pilates for core strength and lower back problems which so many of us have, and if you don't, consider yourself lucky. You will feel so much better, I promise. Yoga also quiets the mind and allows you to meditate and be still. We NEED more of this in our busy lives.

  1. Tiff! I'm thinking of taking a Tai Chi class. I've always been interested in it and there's finally one close. New adventures! :)
