COOKED BEET SALAD


4-5 Large Beets (cooked)
1 TBS. Honey
Handful of Walnuts & Sunflower Seeds
1 TBS. Balsamic Vinegar
1 TBS. Olive Oil
1-2 TBS. Fresh Rosemary
Salt and Pepper to Taste

Boil beets until tender, strain water and cut into cubes. Allow beets to chill. Chop rosemary then add remaining ingredients, mix  and serve cold. Yummy, Healthy and Easy! If you would like to share a beet recipe feel free....thanks!
